had training today at tamp. sports hall.
and as well as P3!

We had something on visualisation.
Feels okay.

Hmmm. then had training also.
Jacq and Case also there.
Had to encouragement each other.

After that. Had push ups and runs!
The run feels SHIOK!!!

though tiring.

Hmm. then had debrief, feedback and individual comments.
mine was I WAS VERY QUIET.

then took cab back.
