Haiz... had training today... Was very tough... Had Pt also... Had to run, do push-ups, sit ups etc...
Was really very tired... Slept very late last night...Haiz...And woke up super early today morning... Just in case that i forget to do certain hw...haha...

Then started training...Did "tiao qiu" and "diao qiu" with Wanting, my senior... Haha... quite fun lah :) Then after that had a short break. Drank water...Super thirsty...

After that had to do "bu fa" also known as footstep... Had to do 10 sets of 10 of netting, middle court and back court... Haiz... Super tired...Then felt a little stitches and gastric... but still gotta do... Finally finish liao...But the coach say continue stroking... I was super tired...then she ask someone to play with Elaine...but all had no energy... So no one wanted... But was nagged at...After that i stroke with ferly.. She like no energy then the shuttle anyhow fly...haha...then had to run around... Few times really no energy and collaspe and lie on the floor...haiz...really got no choice de...but still gotta stand up and continue...

Then had to play with marcella...Quite ok lah... :)

Finally dismissal time le...Quickly went to change and went to compass point to eat... So hungry...Had to replenish my energy...

Went to mac and after that to the food court. Something unhappy happened lah...

Haiz...After when i finish my food...It's already 7.45...Quickly went to value cos ferly wanted to buy sweets and i went to buy water...

My bus came and went up...Slept in the bus...=P...

SO tired...

Then reached homeat about nione o'clock...
